Wilson Combat 16 inch Lightweight 12 twist barrel with Carbine Gas System
    RND Billet Upper & Lower
    ACE Socom Stock
    Sierra Precision SPR Grip
    PRI Target Handguard
    Young Bolt Carrier
    Gieseele 3Gun Trigger
Troy Muzzle Brake and Charging Handle

The receivers are a set I had laying around so I had them cerakote'd titanium to give them a fresh look. Will probably just put on an Aimpoint I have on the shelf.

Now to find time to load some ammo and head to the range.

Nice color. Question about the cartridge. Is the brass length is to long to load 220 smk.?

It is designed for 30 caliber bullets in the 110-150 grain weight range. Its good for 200 fps more velocity than the 300 Blackout / 300 Whisper with those bullets.

The heavier 30 cal's have too long an ogive and the 12 twist would not stabilize the heavy bullets.

Here is some comparisons from Wilson Combat

        7.62x40 WT (16” barrel)
110gr: 2534FPS Muzzle Velocity and 1569 Foot Pounds of Energy
125gr: 2463FPS Muzzle Velocity and 1684 Foot Pounds of Energy
150gr: 2200FPS Muzzle Velocity and 1612 Foot Pounds of Energy

        5.56 Nato (16” barrel)
55gr: 3150FPS Muzzle Velocity and 1212 Foot Pounds of Energy
62gr: 3000FPS Muzzle Velocity and 1239 Foot Pounds of Energy
77gr: 2750FPS Muzzle Velocity and 1293 Foot Pounds of Energy

        7.62x39 (16” barrel)
123gr: 2320FPS Muzzle Velocity and 1470 Foot Pounds of Energy

        6.8 SPC (16” barrel)

Is that a Super 3 Gun or Super Dynamic 3 Gun?...and how do you like it?

I've got an SSA and an SSA-E,,,I'm considering a Super 3 Gun for an up coming carbine build.

Super 3 Gun... Used the 3.5 spring,., I like the feel, should be good for hog eradication duty. I have the ssae to put in another lower when I get around to it... Have too many gun projects I am trying to complete.
